10 Jul, 10.45pm:

Another long day at work, plus I'm feeling a little under the weather. Going with minimum training with clothespins today.

11.00pm:

Ending tonight's training as I'm feeling tired and very little energy to continue. Also I've set myself a target end date of 20 July!

11 Jul, 11.18pm:

Clothespins training again. Haven’t been feeling too well so won’t do too much today.

11.36pm:

Done with today’s training. Nipples have just the right amount of soreness.

12 Jul, 1.08pm:

Putting nipple clamps on for a change! Half sleepy from lunch so the pain helps to keep me awake :)

1.43pm:

Pulled the clamps off after a wonderful time of very stimulated nipples. Quite fun compared to the typical clothespins, though the time required is a lot longer.

13 Jul, 3.45pm:

Nipple clamps on and it hurts already... Probably will ease off after a while.

4.17pm:

Remained quite painful (or even more painful) throughout, especially for the right nipple. Pulled it off and it was quite stimulating!

8.43pm - 9.08pm:

Put on nipple clamps as I went for a short walk. Right nipple was hurting more again but it was good bonus training.

14 Jul, 11.53pm:

Got back late and nearly forgot about training, remembered just in time but only enough time for binder clips... Put them on for once in a long while, and hope to get it over with soon enough!

11.58pm:

Was really painful and my mind was occupied by the pain the entire time. Good and fast training (that I should probably do more often haha). Also realized it's time for me to do my 10 member bonus... Totally not looking forward to it but I'll try to do it by Monday.

15 Jul, 7.51pm:

Got home early tonight so starting the training early :) Felt like doing a longer training so going with nipple clamps.

8.30pm:

Did a little extra and the pulling off at the end was a little tough haha! Good training though.

16 Jul, 10.49pm:

Going with clothespins today. Had a long day out and pretty tired honestly, but still got to clock the daily training. Good news is I'm nearly reaching my 39-day goal!

11.05pm:

Done with daily training! I know I've got the 10 member bonus to do, but I feel so tired to attempt it...
