Just ended 38min of double clothespins training not too long ago, and now giving myself nipple clamps training as a “cooldown”.
Let’s see how long I should extend tonight’s training for :)

Started clamping.

Woke up from the pain! Very amazed that I’ve lasted the long, and enduring a little more to reach an hour!
12.13am:
Hurts so bad but such good training! Pain was incredibly intense and the removal was incredible too. Very good training for tonight!
