(Historical) Will be updating all my daily training from today onwards in this subreddit.
4 Jul, 9.25pm:
Honestly feeling very tired tonight, but I've still got to do my daily training. Did binder clips for 5min earlier for a member welcome bonus, and couldn't take binder clips anymore. Clothespins still hurt quite a lot, especially when my nipples are sore and tender after yesterday's extra training (yes, I regret it slightly now), but I'll have to make do and endure for 15min. I think I'll close my eyes for a bit and hope for time to pass more quickly...
9.40pm:
Removing the clothespins and probably going to let my nipples rest for the night. Managed to get some rest time earlier by closing my eyes and lying on the floor for a while.
5 Jul, 9.34pm:
Another tiring day so I’ll keep it short tonight. Going with the classic clothespins and yet they still give quite a bite.
9.52pm:
Got a little harder to endure at around the 12min mark, so I decided some more training was in store so I pushed for another 3min past the usual. Nipples definitely hurting but at least it’s decent training. Not sure if I’ll do anymore tonight but I might if I feel up to it.
6 Jul, 11.35pm:
Another long day, so will just be doing the minimum training, with clothespins again! Feel a little bad for training so little for the past few days, but then again at least I'm keeping up with the daily training so that's good.
11.55pm:
Don't have a lot of time tonight, but I did an extra 5min so that I won't feel like I'm doing the "bare minimum". Good pain and training while it lasted, but there are other priorities like tomorrow's work...
Bonus: Weekend's coming up! Comment below what daily training I should be doing! Will add an extra 20% of the time as a bonus.
7 Jul, 8.28pm:
Another tiring day at work, so going to keep it simple for tonight's training. As chosen in the comments, I'll be doing at least 36min of nipple clamps tonight.
9.10pm:
Did a bit extra so it wouldn't feel too "little", and pulled off the clamps nicely at the end. Really very tired tonight so won't be training any further.
8 Jul, 8.34pm:
Weekend becoming filled with activities and minimal time for training again, so just doing clothespins for tonight. Will aim to do a bit more passive training later tonight too.
8.53pm: Left on for an extra 20%. Honestly feeling more sleepy than in pain right now. Tempted to just go to sleep instead of continuing training. Still happy enough with myself for persisting in daily training though.
9 Jul, 11.24pm:
Last training for the week. It's been incredibly busy this week and I barely did any additional training aside from yesterday, but it can't be helped that some days are just busier. I've been thinking of giving up and stopping this training multiple times, but I'll try to keep pushing on for as long as I can. Clothespins on for today's training, though I've got 5min of nipple clamps to fulfill too.
11.39pm:
Switched to nipple clamps immediately after removing clothespins. Finishing up quickly tonight as I'm really tired and want to sleep early too. Good pain on my nipples having transitioned from clothespins though.
11.54pm:
Did 15min of nipple clamps anyway. Pulled the clamps off once I was done to end off this week's training!
