Why do people go TT over an A2A SC set-up?

Post Body
Hello all,
First and foremost, I am an NA 370 pleb. I have a plan to go FI in the next two years.
Would I be correct in assuming that an A2A SC kit would be more reliable as it has less moving parts and lower EGT’s?
I’m mainly considering the TopGunz kit, and running it on 93 with a safe-tune of around 500whp.
Would it be wiser to go a TT option? Reliability and power is the deciding factor for me here, so any feedback is welcome.
Apologies if this has been asked before
