HD DVD player RGH issue

I just purchased an Xbox 360 HD DVD with a few HD DVDs and I’m having an issue were on my RGH the HD DVD plays with audio but no video and stuck a this (pic 1) Xbox logo. It works fine on my stock slim (pic 2) anyone know of a fix for this? I’m sure it’s a RGH problem.
