I have my 360 plugged into a cheap monitor via hdmi. If my monitor is in sleep mode, the 360 will not boot into aurora and just goes straight to the stock dash, with no apparent way to load any homebrew apps or launchers, etc.
I recently got an old receiver, and aurora won't boot at all while the 360 is plugged into the receiver, regardless if the monitor is on or not.
My heart sinks each time the console boots into the stock dash, but connecting to the screen directly while the monitor is actively on, and the 360 boots into aurora without breaking a sweat.
Has anyone seen this, or know what's going on with that? Is this the result of how RGH works? If it doesn't detect a video output connection right away when booting, it prevents the mod from loading? Is that normal operation, and is there any way around this? Thanks
