No open door/ seatbelt/ ignition chime or turn signal clicking sound

Ever since I got my Z my blinkers have never made the clicking sound or have had any warning chimes except the times where I had left the car out in the sun and for some reason they worked for a little bit until the car cooled down. I tested every fuse related to the cluster or the warning chimes and they’re all good but still nothing. My next guess would be looking at the cluster itself but not sure yet. Anyone else experienced this?
