I am in the process of moving to Florida from Kentucky. I'm looking all around Brevard County. I have heard mixed things about Titusville, and I wasn't able to visit T-ville on my last visit and see it for myself. I have found an awesome house in T-ville but I'm not sure how I want to proceed. I am self employed, so I don't need to look for work-although I will need access to fast and reliable internet service. I currently drive 45 mins to the nearest town for shopping and most restaurants, so I'm not super concerned about that either.

The house is in Imperial Estates, if I am looking at it correctly.

I've heard it's really shitty and to stay away. I've heard it's just slow and there isn't much there but it's slowly coming back up. I've researched crime rates and keep finding conflicting information.

Any info, opinions, advice would be greatly appreciated.
