Weather super hot, tiny bumps all over body.
Post Body

I’m visiting India. This is my 3rd month here. I’m originally from America, south East Asian.

I’ve had zero skin issues since I’ve been here. But in the last week or two, the weather has become considerably hot - as in you basically sweat walking from room to room. I’ve developed a bunch of tiny bumps or zits all over my neck and across my shoulders and chest, and on my face. These bumps have little tiny white filaments. My skin feels very rough to the touch. I wash my face once a day and I shower every other day or sometimes daily. I don’t sweat a lot. And I use zero products, only a water based exfoliator.

Any idea what could be causing it? I’m thinking maybe it’s the change in heat but not sure what kind of remedy to use.
