I stopped washing my face in the morning, and my skin is way less irritated.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share some routine changes I've made that has helped my skin with redness and break outs!

Well first I've been using sunscreen daily on my face, neck and chest.

I also stopped washing in the mornings, and only rinse with cold water. If my face feels dry after rinsing, I apply a light layer of moisturizer and then sunscreen.

Redness has gone down significantly, and oil production by the end of the day has also gone down.

Another game changer for me is that I have a basket of products next to my bed now. So I don't have to get up and go to the bathroom to apply my seven products at night.

I wash my face then head to bed, slowly putting products on as I wind down for sleep.

I know these aren't life changing or mind blowing things, but I've found them to be so helpful!
