I'm new to the skin care scene. I know not to buy products through Amazon. But I don't know the integrity of other online shops. I asked my SIL for a recommendation. She said she loves the Dermstore. I bought a microneedler that she had purchased and was enjoying. Argh, I should have researched with you guys here instead.
They sent an open box. Complete with ripped packaging, a dirty cord and USB plug, dirty instruction manual and missing needle head. Though I do appreciate not being given a used needle head. Thank you for that at least.
I just can't imagine how this company thinks this is alright. I am going to return the product and get a full refund. What a hassle.
In the meantime, what are some safe stores to buy microneedlers and parts from? Also any recommendations for microneedlers?
