at home peels, downtime?
Post Body

so I have searched posts here that have shared info about home peels, seems like the standard recommendation is Makeup Choice. I am pretty confident with my diy abilities. I also have heard of the Shani Darden peel.

my question is about "downtime." I'm in profession where I have to interact with people almost everyday, I teach and I treat patients. I can't take off time. personally don't get too self conscious or insecure about looking "weird" but realistically stuff like that can make other people feel distracted or uncomfortable.

How do you deal with it ? do you really need to take off work? or how about a face mask to cover some parts of the face ?

I also work somewhere they're going to offer VI peel and I'm curious.

I'm 33F and have taken pretty good care of my skin, not a lot of wrinkles. my issue is enlarged pores and acne scares (some ice pick) from an era in my 20s of taking a lot of adderall and picking my skin :(
