Z31 into drift build

How much money and time you guys think it would take to make a 89 z31 with 87 NA engine to be genuinely driftable? I absolutely love how it slides on gravel/dirt but on ashpalt it just isn’t there, wondering is this a car that id worth all the hassle it seems to come with?
