What can I delete on my 86 Z31 NA?

Rebuilt the rear end, then front end. While i’m at it, might aswell clean the whole engine bay. Almost everything is off and going to give it a good clean.
I’ve seen mixed things on what I can and can’t delete, and as of now it’s a daily in florida, not doing any crazy power mods, just for cruising.
What can I delete to make working on this beast a little more clean without affecting the car from starting/ putting out codes?
Going to for sure delete the cruise control.
