Some ammo option I am interested in, however unsure if all options would be safe to shoot suppressed from a 7 inch 1:5 twist barrel.
Post Body

Hello, I have read up and down this sub and others for the most reliable defensive/hunting round for my 7 inch 1:5 twist. I see varying mixed opinions and I see STRONG recommendations but then others recommend against it due to personal experiences. That paired with hearing that not all bullets are safe out of a 1:5 twist is making it really hard for me to decide since 300BLK is so expensive I don't want to be spending 500 to test multiple rounds.

I am interested in knowing if anyone has real world suppressed experience with these exact combinations

I am interested in the specific rounds there is a mix between subs/supers I am leaning towards a preference to subs just because of the information I have been given regarding jacket separation for lower grain ammo. I don't care if I run sub/super I just want something that reliably does what its told.( I know the difference between both)

Sig sauer 120GR, SBR SOLID COPPER
Gorilla Silverback, 300 BLK 205gr,
200Gr Maker rex
Hornady/Fiocchi 125Gr SST's(unsure if there is a difference between horn/fiocchi projectiles.
Speer Gold Dot 150Gr
115gr, Controlled Chaos, Pig Punisher

Open to recommendations if anyone has success with any round not listed above and they also use a 7Inch 1:5 twist.

I know this is heavily repeated, I have researched for a few months trying to come up to a viable reliable option that is safe for the platform. Thank you guys!
