No offense, but anecdotal experience is not evidence. Just like everyone knows a heavy smoker who got very old, doesn't mean cigarettes are suddenly healthy.
No obviously not a magic bullet, just like brain surgery is not a magic bullet that will solve everything instantly. You have to use it correctly for the correct problems.
