hi so im intending on try some 2cb for the first time tonight. im thinking about taking it on the comedown of some mdma as ive heard good things about nexus flipping, and it gives me a couple hours between dropping mdma and the 2cb if i wanna back out.

my intention is to take the mdma at 22:00 GMT 02/11/24 and the 2cb 2 hours later at 00:00 GMT 03/11/24

i was planning on taking 160mg mdma with a possible redose of 80mg at 90 minutes in (this is a dose i have previously used well the other times i have rolled). and then in terms of 2cb a dose of approximaly 12.5mg (half of a supposed 25mg pill).

i have access to alprazolam, diazepam, lorazepam, quetiapine and risperidone should things cock up.

this would however be my first psychedelic experience, as im usually much more of a downers girl and i have a host of experience and prior experience with opioids and benzodiazepines, i have also tried dxm 3rd plats and ketamine (although these were a lil while ago and were a bit mid).

ive not taken any medication that modulates monoamines for over 6 weeks. prior to this i was on venlafaxine 325mg and olanzapine 15mg this is for persistent major depressive disorder and tactile hallucinations (no formal diagnosis was given in regards to the hallucinations). i also have a complete family history of psychiatric illness, as well as having a first degree relative with schizophrenia. the meds hadnt helped me and the nhs has no intent to give me further support so it is what it is, and stopping the meds didnt make me worse. i do understand this adds an additional risk to trying psychedelics.

yea so ive rambled on a bit but yea, im wondering if i should take the 12.5mg or a full 25mg, whether a nexus flip is a good idea for my first psychedelic, and other general first time advice.
