Question on dosing! Help!

So I usually dose around 20mg. I had the same batch for well over a year that’s now finished. This new batch is whiter in color and fluffier. Like not as clumpy as the last. So 20mg on this new batch looks like way more then the last. Do y’all think it’s gonna be way stronger at the same dose or about the same? Lab results say 90% purity
