PC won't display on first startup. Works on second.

When I turn on my pc, it won't display at all. The monitor acts as though it's receiving signal, but nothing is displayed.

If I do a hard shutdown, it works fine. I thought it may have been an issue unrelated to the display since it wasn't booting at all, but the response changed when I input ctrl alt del. Normally when I press the power button, all lights go off, but after ctrl alt del, only the keyboard and mouse lights shut off.

All of the parts are less than a year old, so I'm really hoping it isn't a hardware issue.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 G

GPU: RTX 2060

Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II

RAM: 2x8GB TFORCE
