KA24DE Oil pressure issues (sorry if not allowed)

So I’ve been having problems with my first ever build. Have mild built KA24DE. Came partially assembled: assembled bottom end minus oil pan, machine shop fresh head, and a box of odds and ends. With the help of others and lots of YouTube and a Haynes manual I got it all together. The only problem is I’m not getting oil the the top end. Been trying to diagnose for a while now. Pick up has gasket, no dents in oil pan, oil pump is new, timing components, etc all new. Any and all advice/insight will be greatly appreciated.
