Possible family drama

Recently I matched with a person that shares great grand parent with me.
The problem is that the person lives half across the world from where my family grew up. The only thing being that my great grand mother used to work in that country as a teenager. This would suggest she got pregnant and left her baby there before coming back to the home country.
Before I start some family drama how accurate is this link ?
