My partner forgot to register her kit before sending it in. I sent an email in early January and didn’t hear back. I called them and they sent me a replacement kit for free after verifying my Amazon purchase. We didn’t submit this kit because my wife is out of town for a few months and I haven’t been able to collect her sample.
They just got back to me on email saying they verified my Amazon purchase and sent me another kit. So now I have two kits (I haven’t sent either back). What now? Do I have two kits that can each be registered and processed or will they only take one of them?
