Building a new .22 for plinking

I have 10/22 mags so I was thinking either a bullpup 10/22 (Desert Tech Trek-22) or going with a bolt like the Ruger Precision Rimfire. This is primarily for play and teaching the youngin’s in the family. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.
