The Tsar's Economic Advisory council has drafted a new budget for the last two years and released papers on its military expenditure for the last two years.

These are as follows:

• NEW ECONOMIC INVESTMENTS

Economy: 1,100,000

Infrastructure: 300,000

Military: 300,000

Treasury: 0

TOTAL: 1,700,000 EM

• NEW MILITARY EXPENDITURE

Standing army: 100,000 troops (200,000 EM)

New naval units in the Baltic: 4 Transports (20,000 EM); 1 Cruiser (20,000 EM), 1 Battleship (40,000 EM)

TOTAL: 300,000 EM - 100k troops, 4 additional transports, 1 additional cruiser and 1 additional battleship

• LAST CYCLE'S MILITARY EXPENDITURE (POST-WAR)

Standing Army: 310,000 troops (620,000 EM)

New Naval units in the Baltic: 5 Transports (100,000 EM); 10 Destroyers (100,000 EM), 10 Cruisers (200,000 EM), 2 Battleships (80,000 EM)

TOTAL: 1,000,000 EM - 310k troops, 5 additional transports, 10 additional destroyers, 10 additional cruisers and 2 additional battleships.
