[META] Remember what I said about investing in Infrastructure? Well, everyday 4 nations on the econ list have a 25% chance of a bad event to occur. I literally flip 2 coins, if I get heads twice then there is a crisis. Seems Uruguay was unlucky for today, but they're not alone ;)
The Great European War may be soon coming to end, but the sparks of hatred and violence linger and merely migrate, as they always have. The streets of Montevideo were engulfed in people, filled with yelling and noise that individually spoke differently, but together screamed change. Street vendors, shops and market places all are on strike. Many have began protesting and screaming outside police stations, a few even outside the local barracks. The totalitarian rule of Uruguay has began cracking, and will indeed split into 2, if the Dictator does not act quickly.
