3 months, and the Danish forces are still scattered and barely battle ready. Although bombardments have significantly been less numerous and weaker, it still stresses the broken army. On the horizon though, Death itself sailed toward's the Danish coast. The Russian Baltic Fleet returned with reinforcements from Sweden. 70,000 soldiers, 45,000 Russians and 25,000 Swedes, prepared the transport vessels once more, but did not plan on one way trips as it unexpectedly happened last time. 30,000 Danish were all that remained, 7,000 citizens and able bodied men that decided to step up to defend their humble city. Intelligence reports stated they were outnumbered nearly 3-1, and it was bad enough half of their original forces were depleted and most of the fortifications had been destroyed in the first siege. The summer dawn began to flood the lands, accompanied along with the sounds of sirens and bombings. The second siege of Copenhagen had begun.
