Along the coasts of northern France, a British fleet amasses, carrying with it 125,000 men (Based on the fact the largest amphibious assault ever, D-Day, was 150,000 men, a single country in 1902 is lucky to even be able to land this many) ready to storm the French beaches. The French Navy and merchants, constantly patrolling and trading across the important English Canal notice an amassing navy suddenly in port. France, not wanting to take chances, calls up reserve soldiers and moves men to the north.
France musters 110,000 brave northern men through rapid movements, entrenched on the coasts. These men are on beaches, cliffs, and hills as the massive British fleet approaches. The French eye the ships piercing the fog as the British step out of their boats. The battle shall begin.
NOTE: I'll be doing this conflict in two sections, the battle of Normandy and the Battle of Brittany.
