Jagex double charging, should be grandfathered in to old price?

I have two automatic payments from Jagex. One for 5 dollars, which should be membership, and one for 7.95 and I don't know what that would be. Basically, Help? I have no idea what would be happening here, I only have one account paid for and that account should be charged 5 dollars.
