I might be done for good this time. How do I protect from hackers?

I changed my PW to something long, secure, and used it nowhere but my OSRS account. I have two-factor auth on my email, and had an authenticator on my RS account. I change my passwords pretty regularly.

I last played back in November, and in a few months of inactivity, my entire bank is gone. Again. I can't keep grinding GP. I have no idea how hackers got into my account this time, and I feel like I can't protect myself. How the hell do I get them to stop?

As a sidenote, why is my authenticator gone? I got it specifically to prevent this situation. What's the point of having it if hackers can just remove it?
