New to osrs and did Christmas event for the crackers. Told me I had to play 16 more hours for the tradable rewards cause I'm too new. Done. Talked to Cecilia and she never said anything about the tradable rewards nor did a message pop up in the chat box like before. Am I just screwed out of the party hats and xmas crackers? As a new player that would have been a huge start on gp....
