So basically I want to waste the years I have left inside a virtual world, and I've been following this sub for a while.

I know you are all going to say "of course OSRS!" but please tell me trully which one is better for new players.

I don't mind dated graphics (I play Rogue wtf RTX mean) and I don't mind complex UI, I just want something I can play alone when I'm at my lowest and I need to zone out. I just want a "fast forward" time button and I've thought Runescape is the best for this.

I am playing OSRS right now as I started a few hours ago, but I'm curious if it's worth starting with the newer one before getting hooked on the old one.

Also I'm drunk and English is not my mothertongue, sorry if I misspell something.
