I have played off and on for about 5 or 6 years, I only got truly addicted this year, I had never bossed outside of wintertodt or barrows, and only had ever done a few quests and just the varrock diaries so I could Tele right to the ge, my bank was under 60m and I still had stats at level 1, after 6 years of play I looked like a decently bad alt or just a straight up bot Since February I have

-Actually quested, even got my quest cape -Started bossing to a very small degree, even started pet chasing -Have obtained 3 pets, giant mole, herbi, and rocky (thanks to squirkin) -Bank is about to hit 500m, found some long term money makers that churn out decent gp just not quickly -Started actually doing clue scrolls, no rangers but some cool uniques -went from under total level 1200 to over 1900 -Finally started making money off of slayer -went from relatively low level to 83 construction and maxed my house -got the big boy prayers -Did every achievement diary up to the hard tier, no elites yet -cranked out every untradeable I felt like getting, full void, xerics, etc -upgraded all my gear across the styles to either second or third BIS -participated in leagues for the first time and had a genuinely fun time till burn out hit, only got to adamant rank

I know this comes off as bragging or a big "look at me" kind of post, but I just generally don't have anyone who cares to share this with, I have only one friend who also plays the game, no clan, other friends have no interest in the game because "muh graphics" so I just felt like sharing and being able to look back to this post next year, see if I make any big gains by this time next year or if I plateau off. Still no 99s, but I'm getting close! Hopefully you guys also made great gains this year, merry Christmas and all that!
