I've got a bit of a serious situation regarding account security. I quit RS a long time ago, but really wanted to come back to play trailblazer leagues. I tried logging in, but was prompted that I had to make a Jagex account in order to login. I found this rather annoying, but I did so anyway, and here's where the issue happened:

I created a Jagex account with my personal email. This email was associated to my brother's RuneScape account. This is because I was the first one to pick the game back up, and registered his old RS account (from when we were kids) to my email, but then I quit playing a long time ago, and he's been playing on the account ever since. It's his account. He's been using the original login name to play the account, AKA the original username - he never used my email to sign in.

Since I guess the account was previously registered to my email, when I made the Jagex account, it automatically migrated his Runescape account over to my newly created Jagex account. This happened despite the fact that there was two factor authentication already set up on the account. It did ask for a two factor from my email, but that was to create the new Jagex account. I had no idea that it would automatically migrate the Runescape account over. I had no idea that the email was even still registered to his Runescape account - back in my day, an email was there just for billing purposes.

Here's where the issue got worse

I didn't notice right away, so I proceeded to migrate all my Runescape accounts onto my new Jagex account, including my ironman and some pures. Then I saw my brother's Runescape account listed and freaked out, so I contacted him. He said he couldn't log in anymore.

Now, in order him to keep playing Runescape, he now has to log into my Jagex account - which has access to all of my accounts. I've given him temporary access since he was freaking out about not being able to play, but this needs to be fixed ASAP. I DO NOT WANT MY RUNESCAPE ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATED WITH MY BROTHER'S ACCOUNT.

Does anyone know what I can do?????
