Slayer reminds me of wow quests and I hate it

I couldn't quite put why I hate slayer, but it's akin to world of warcraft quests where you kill x monsters.
To put it into context, I quite like Pvm such as raids, I vary between all 3 to spice things up but slayer is oh so boring 😴 gonna be my last 99 for sure I wish they'd update the skill to have it more customizable further than task block/skip
