Jagex Account - is it worth it or more secure, really?

We all know how insecure RuneScape accounts are, and how vulnerable they can be.
Is it worth upgrading to a Jagex account?
I currently have 2FA, no linked accounts and a complex password - but remain paranoid about hackers.
What else can I do, to optimise my account?
