Upgraded to jagex account can't login now.

I upgraded my iron to the jagex account. Tried logging in , on the jagex launcher with the old credentials . And the new jagex account ones the one used to log into the RuneScape homepage but both give me errors and can't even log in anymore.
Can anyone help? Had 0 issues logging in before I upgraded to a jagex account
