A fast way to create a temporary password and/or username

I will make some different posts, because they are on different topics. I hope that is alright.
Sometimes I need to fast create a fast username and password without leaving the app. Is it a shortcut that can make me a password and username without having to open 1password, create a new login, make a password, copy it, delete the window and use that password. It feels so many steps!
