Leadership is not making demands. At work, do you respect the manager who yells and demands? No, everyone cheers when they fuck up or get fired. People are waiting for their down fall. We like the manager who assists us, listens to our needs, and makes us want to follow. The man of the house should be the same way. Your woman should want to be obey. Her disobedience is a direct response to her needs not being met. Even if it’s so she can be punished. If she wants the punishment that is a need for pain and dominance not being met.

Leaders ask for help. A true leader knows when they do not know. Sometimes your wife will know about things you do not. It is ok to ask for help.
