I’m 46 years old, born in Arizona, and grew up in Dallas and Colorado Springs. I attended the University of Kansas, where I studied Political Science. My career has taken me to various places, but I’ve spent most of my adult life in Nashville. For the last three years, I’ve been living in Costa Rica and traveling the world, having visited 22 countries. I’m passionate about traveling and may someday reach my permanent vacation.

In April 2024, I returned to Colorado Springs to spend time with my 75-year-old father, whose health is declining. He’s still quite mobile, and I wanted to enjoy some quality time with him while his health is relatively good. By July or August, I might move on to a new location. I’m open to relocating to be close to you or continuing my travels with someone special by my side. Life’s direction is open for me.

Everyone who knows me well comments on my intelligence. I have a high IQ and could join Mensa, but I don’t need the validation. What makes me intelligent is my constant desire to learn. I became a Certified Master Gardener because I wanted to grow my own fruits and vegetables. I taught myself web development to build a specific type of web application. I’m always learning and striving to be the best man I can be. The biggest factor in my growth is my willingness to be wrong and learn from it. Challenging my beliefs either reaffirms them or provides me with a better answer.

About Me - Professionally:

I’m a web developer and entrepreneur, which means I build web applications. After college, I started in sales in Orange County, California, and excelled at it. I was the top salesperson at every company I worked for and moved frequently to pursue better opportunities, living in San Diego, Dallas, Atlanta, and Nashville. In 2009, I started a successful web-based business, which I sold in 2018. From this experience, I learned that the journey is more enjoyable than reaching the apex. I’m now working on a new business that I’m confident in and love what I do.

About Me – Romantically:

I was married in 2013 and divorced in 2020 after 10 years together, seven of them married. I have no children and no lingering issues from my marriage. Enough time has passed for me to be ready to share my life with someone new.

I’m a gentleman who believes in chivalry. My mother taught me how to be a gentleman and treat a lady when I was 13. I enjoy making the woman in my life feel special through actions rather than words. I believe romance is about showing your partner how important she is in meaningful ways. I’m not the type to write poetry or songs, but I will always find the perfect gesture to show my love.

About You – Personally:

I’m looking for a supportive and loving woman. Intelligence is important to me because I enjoy rational conversations over emotional arguments. I value high emotional intelligence, as it balances my own weaknesses in this area. I need a partner who can tactfully point out when I’m making a mistake or being oblivious.

I’ve never had children but would love the experience. Ideally, you are young enough to have children and want them, but this isn’t a deal-breaker. I’m 46, and I understand having children might not be in my future, and I’m okay with that.

About You – Professionally:

I want you to be happy and professionally satisfied, whether as a 1950s-style housewife, a best-selling author, or a neurosurgeon. I’ll support you in whatever makes you happy, even if you change your mind later.

If sitting in bed all day and watching TikTok is your dream, that won’t work for me. Not because of the activity itself, but because you might later regret not having done more with your life. I want you to be proud of the life you lived.

I don’t expect you to be as committed to my happiness as I am to yours. My love language is physical touch, so I need physical affection to feel loved. This includes cuddling, kissing, and intimate moments, not just sex. If our relationship feels more like roommates than lovers, I won’t be satisfied.
