EDIT: The giveaway is OFF! I didn't realize how many restrictions there are on mailing lithium batteries, and I'm not able to meet those restrictions.
I sacrificed a ~2 year old Anker 20100 portable charger that I had laying around. I only need 1 battery, so I have 5 extras.
I've been testing the individual cells, and so far according to my charger each of them are taking 3,200-3,400 mA to go from empty to full, so they have lots of life in them.
Since I pulled it out of an Anker, there are some residual sharp bits from where they were welded to the connections.
I haven't figured out what ground shipping will cost, but if there's any interest I'll do some research to see how much I should ask. I have padded envelopes ready to go that are about $1 each, and ground shipping via USPS should be pretty cheap.
