Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 small gold potato, a little mayo (300ish calories) Lunch: taco salad made with 90/10 ground beef (515ish calories) Dinner: soy sauce marinated chicken with baked potatoes and peppers. I made a small amount of a delicious sour cream, mayo, garlic and lime sauce to go with this. Maybe 575 calories total.
