Does anyone find this easier when they eat out/eat fast food?
Post Body

It seems contradictory but I've been finding that one high calorie meal makes it easier for me to stay on track for the whole day. Maybe it's because I can't cook and mostly eat premade type of grocery store food or things you don't have to make (granola bars, yogurt, frozen stuff) and these get boring quickly.

For instance today I worked out at 11am had a protein shake around 12:30 (335 cals), ate a protein bar at 230 (200 cals) and went to chipotle at 430 (bowl- double chicken, rice, cheese, queso - 800 cals). Total for the day is 1335 and I'm sitting here at 7pm absolutely stuffed from chipotle and happy that I ate something I liked.

Whereas most days I feel like I'm starving myself eating more frequently throughout the day but smaller things (nature valley bars, small snacks that don't fill me up etc). I guess I'm just trying to find my sweatspot, but the days like today where I can fill myself up with one filling fast food meal and still stay under 1500 just make me so much happier

(besides chipotle sometimes I'll do Popeyes Spicy chicken sandwhich -700cals, shake shack double cheeseburger -730 cals, mcondalds double hamburger and mchicken 750 cals together, Blaze simple pizza pie -660 cals, tacobell steak quesidillia and nacho dorito taco 690 cals together.)
