1500 for 3-4 days then binge? What’s the deal?

[21F] SW: 200/CW: 175ish
Moderately active 21F and 1500/day wannabe here. I’m able to sustain 1500 cals a day for about 3-4 days and then end up so hungry that I feel the need to absolutely eat everything in sight lol. What’s weird is for the 3-4 days everything is fine, then the next day I wake up absolutely starving and nothing can satiate the hunger. Any tips for me?
I’m also moderately working out 4-5 days a week (have a bit of muscle mass now)
