I use the information in the NutritionIX app. I didn’t type out the amounts, but they were: 2 cups lettuce, 2 stalks celery, one cucumber, .5 bell pepper, 4 gardein wings, and 2 tbsp light sour cream. I type all that into the tracker app, and it does the calculations for me. It may be off by a few calories here or there, but I have never been so exact. A million things can impact my ability to meet my goal on any given day. 5 or 10 calories variance doesn’t matter to me.
It’s a container of light sour cream mixed with an envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix. I used 2 tbsp on the salad.
