It’s been like that ever since the start of the new year. I’ll eat 1500cals for like 2-3 days of the week and then pig out the next.
Idk what’s wrong with me. Well I do, it's a lack of self-control. But still, I was so motivated the past few months when I lost 12-15 pounds. But it's been rocky since Christmas Day and now that 2024 has rolled around, I’m too scared to even step on the scale. I'm so bloated that I feel like I gained 5-7 pounds back.
I'm still going to try and commit, I'm just disappointed with myself.
Me too. I do great until about 3:00 PM, and then I am insatiably hungry, and there are still enough delicious holiday treats in this house that it’s a recipe for disaster.
