It is a nasturtium. I had a great nasturtium year. There were leaves in this salad too.

Is there a canned one that you like, or do you make it from scratch?

I think it’s mostly because now that the weather has turned cold, all I want to eat are warm, fattening things. I told my health coach that and she suggested warm proteins on top of a salad, which is what I tried here, but it still didn’t feel as comforting and warm as I’d like. I tend to eat most of my calories for breakfast and supper, so I keep my lunches light, usually salads. It would be hard for me to find something as low in calories for lunch that I want to eat. I’m not much of a soup person, but I may start trying that more.
