Well, you use steel cut oats for these, not rolled oats. Steel cut oats are small, roundish, and hard. If you prepare them this way, they become very chewy after absorbing liquid overnight. So, itโs very different from, like, regular stovetop or microwave oatmeal. Itโs almost more like a yogurt parfait, but instead of granola, there are small chewy oats. I like it a lot.

One cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup water, one peach, chopped. Stir together, divide into three containers/jars, refrigerate overnight.
