i feel like a method like this is so interesting, to eat more two days out of the week when you are eating socially with family/friends or going out to eat. im restarting my journey slowly and i think i’ll try this method. this calorie calculation is for female 5’3 and 150 pounds. daily exercise/ intense exercise 3-4 days a week. i’m getting back in the gym and my sessions are usually 45 minutes- 1 hour and im in a commuter city so i walk everywhere and take the train.
That’s pretty much aligned with my habit of taking every other weekend “off”, and eating what I generally feel like eating.
