Those are roasted and salted, and they really didn’t get stir-fried, I just threw them in top at the end. You certainly could use raw, though, if that’s what you have.

There is a whole head of bok Choi in this. There is also Swiss chard, but just the stems, not the green.

I use the nutrition IX app to count my calories every day, and there is a function on the app where I can input a recipe and it calculates the nutrition info, given the totals of the individual ingredients and number of servings
