Looking at doing Kit Carson & Challenger Point on Saturday. The standard route sounds miserable and I am trying to continue working my way up in route difficulty and exposure, but slightly intimidated after reading route descriptions of the North Ridge route. Wondering how people would compare it to some of the routes I’ve already done: Kelso ridge, Sneffels SW ridge, Pacific Peak west ridge, tour de Abyss, Navajo peak via airplane gully. Is it a good next step up?
EDIT: Thanks ya'll! Ima go for it; weather is looking perfect and your words have re-upped my confidence. Have a great weekend!
